At Vinyl, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase, which is why we offer a 30-day return policy for all items in their original, sealed condition. If your record arrives damaged or defective, we provide a full exchange or refund to ensure your collection remains perfect.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Return

  Log into your account and visit the 'Order History' section to select the items you wish to return and receive a Return Authorization number.

• 2.
  Pack Your Items

  Carefully place the vinyl records in their original protective mailer or a sturdy cardboard box to prevent warping or sleeve damage during transit.

• 3.
  Ship the Package

  Affix the provided prepaid shipping label to the outside of your package and drop it off at any authorized courier location.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  Once our team inspects the returned media for quality, a refund will be issued to your original payment method within 5 to 7 business days.
